Just looked back at when I ordered these, as they’ve had to be glued/sewn back together a number of times. Given we’ve had lockdowns and very limited opportunities to use them, I would say they’ve barely lasted 3 months of use before falling apart around the padded areas. Poor quality.
Size 8 Fits my 7 year old grandson really well - he is tall for his age. He wore them today and he loves the padding which helps when he is saving goals and falls to the ground.

Glad I ordered the 10 year old fits my 9 year old lovely usually he has trouble with the waist being massive but these fit well. So might want to get a bigger size but otherwise they are good value
