This is a good product, for what it is. Easy to set up and seems quite durable. If you are expecting that the base will move around when you hit it hard - you are right. The base, even when filled all the way with water, will shift when hitting the bag with force. This is not a substitute for a heavy bag. I use this for cardio so I am not hitting the bag as hard as I can. Overall I’m happy with it.

The plastic base is too light for any, even the lightest punches. This product makes no sense. It is simply waste of space and plastic. I wish I kept the packaging to return it. I bought it for my 7 year old but even his mediocre punch are too strong for this
Great, but keeps going down within 1/4 hr of use, or just standing for 3/4. Dissapointed, will be returning it this week. May be just a one off but xmas spoilt for my son.
My 11 year hasn't been able to use it for more than 2 mins before the velcro rips apart. Then it is very difficult to get it assembled again because the bungy-type rope pings back under the heavy base. So you have to tip the very heavy base up and try and retrieve the ropes. Water escapes when you tip it up. The holes that the ropes loop through aren't big enough for a hand to retrieve the rope. It goes on! A complete waste of money!! 1 minute of fun for every 15 minutes of reassembling. Could be good but very bad design. Nees much stronger velcro etc.
We have the Outshock inflatable punch bag now for two months and find that it works very well. The key is not to over inflate it and use for repetitive punching and kicking rather than big power hits. Handy design for storage.
Mus t be filled by mouth blow directly instead of any inflator...it's easy and no decathalon worker knows about this ....recommended for reflexes ..though tolerates hard punches also

all good but the velcros holding it down doesn't seem very secure. pops right out after a few punches and i'm not sure what i can do to fix this problem.

Das Teil ist leider der letzte Schrott. Es verliert Luft. ständig muss man nachpumpen. Und das für soviel Geld. Der onlineservice verwies mich nach mehreren Mails an den Store. Jetzt kann man erstmal km weit fahren um das Ding nochmal zu reklamieren. Klasse.

Easy to use, move, and store
This product includes a plastic base that can contain 28 liters of water and up to 85 lbs of sand to ensure good stability, as well as an inflatable ”punching bag.” The result: a product that is easy to use and store because you can inflate and deflate it as much as you like, since the inflatable part can slide into the plastic base. It inflates with a universal pump (not provided) in under a minute.

Directions for inflation and use
For good rebound, the product should be only slightly inflated. It should remain soft to the touch and with pressure from the hands. It is not necessary to overinflate this punching bag.Do not use the compressor to inflate the product; you might overinflate it and break the membrane.Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).For more information, refer to the user guide.
