There are 5 pockets on the front of this 10L trail running backpack: 2 for 500mL soft flasks (not included), a patented, waterproof phone pocket, as well as 2 pockets for your gels or cereal bars. In addition, we have designed this pack with 2 side pockets and 4 rear pockets: 1 kangaroo pocket, but also a large compartment with side zip, which contains its own zipped pocket, as well as a large pocket designed for a 1-litre water bladder (included).

If we consider that we drink an average of 500mL of water per hour of effort while running, specifically trail running in this case, and that this backpack will let you carry 2 litres of water, you can run for 4 hours before needing a refill. Handy, right?With its 1-litre water bladder on the back (which we will discuss below) and its two front pockets intended to house 500mL flasks, you have everything you need for stress-free running between refills!

This 10L trail running backpack has a dedicated 1-litre water bladder compartment on the back. . Included in the sale price and attachable thanks to a hook, it can be used from -20 to +40°C, solely for water (avoid milk and alcohol or putting the bladder in a microwave). You can also cut the tube to the desired length and fix the end piece to the magnet located on the front of the bag or with the 2 elasticated straps on each side.

Since poles are the preferred accessory of a number of trail runners, we have fitted this 10L trail running backpack with a built-in quiver attachment system (quiver sold separately). And for those who prefer the traditional method, we have fitted two elasticated fastening straps at the front so you can attach your 3-piece trail poles vertically. Thanks to these two ingenious systems, you can take out and put away your poles according to your needs... and the slope!

Weighing just 0.5 lbs when empty, your backpack is a genuine featherweight! And in order to ensure it is perfectly adapted to your body, we have created it in 3 sizes: XS/S, M/L, XL. In addition, thanks to the 3 height-adjustable straps, you can adjust and stabilise this gilet to your body shape for more comfort during ultra-endurance events. Lastly, we designed it with technical and stretch components so it will stay close to your body while expanding as necessary!

This backpack is a perfect illustration of the spirit of trail running: simple pleasure and raising the bar. Split, waterproof smartphone pocket can easily house your phone even with a flask beneath it. Attach, stabilise and secure your flasks using the two elasticated straps. Lastly, we have designed an innovative rear kangaroo pouch, with an angled opening so you can easily access your windproof jacket without needing to be a contortionist!

You will find a bar code in the zipped rear compartment: scan it to find a range of information about this backpack. The back of this men's and women's gilet has a laced design. This is a stylistic touch introduced by our garment designer that we are absolutely in love with (the design and the designer, of course). What is more, the front right pocket houses a 110db whistle, which is required for a number of outdoor races, especially in the mountains.

As regards the maintenance of your trail running backpack, we recommend that you handwash it, but also that you remove the magnet (used to attach the tip of the tube of your 1L water bladder) before cleaning. After cleaning, dry your bag thoroughly and store it in a dry place. As regards the water bladder, ensure you never leave water inside for over 24 hours, and that you rinse it thoroughly with fresh water after use and leave to dry before storing.
