A very convenient band, compared with the elastic ones. If I'm using an elastic one with shorts it pulls my hairs and it's quite unpleasant. This one solves the problem. The quality and the tension are great

Overall good product but personally resistance is low for me
The Decathlon portal did not have all the information about the product. It is for petite individuals. The product is great but for bigger-frame individuals, it will be a challenge. If i had known this I may not have picked this.
