Product Customer Reviews

Very easy to assemble
Easy to erect and easy to pack, great product, very compact
This tent was amazing! Recently used it for the first time with my partner, it’s quite cosy so you really have to like the person you’re sharing with :D it held up even through heavy rains and wind, easy to put up but I suggest practicing the pack down a few times before you go camping (I still haven’t gotten the hang of it). Only downside is that there’s not a lot of ventilation so it was quite stuffy. Still would highly recommend to anyone!
need windos
This is quite spacious for two people and it’s so easy to pitch and fold. We had torrential rain overnight in wales and stayed dry inside the tent. It can easily fit two single air mattresses in my opinion. A great buy!
Just had a night in the Scottish Highlands with 9mm rain per hour and galeforce winds. The tent stood its ground, no leaks, no breakage. Due to the shape wind just flattens it but nothing else happens. As its very easy to pitch you dont get wet either!!!
bought this tent over a year and half ago.as I am homeless ..wow what a great tent ..great in the wind ..and never lets any water in what so ever ..pops up in 5 seconds ,folds away in less than 5 minutes ..but now after so long I strap inside has come away from the stitching ..not to bad considering I use it every day outside ..the only down side is if you don't let it dry the inner layer gets wet and smells but I guess most tent do this any way ..in a short summary.i totally recommend this tent great value for money and great overall weather insulator ..really really loved this tent 👍
Purchasing this for my daughter to camp with her friend for a long weekend..Also bought a double air mattress.. Found that you can not put in a double mattress as the door will not zip up and it makes the sides push out too much.. This is a nice little tent but really is for 1 person only and a single mattress.. Easy to put up and put down and nice colours
This is my first tent and I am delighted with it. Having read the reviews I was a little apprehensive about folding it up for the first time, but if you watch the video tutorials you'll see it's actually really simple - just remember which clip to do first! Handy hook and pockets inside are very useful for hanging fairy lights inside and keeping keys safe. After my first camping trip with it I immediately booked another one.
.
We all know lockdown has been hard and who can be bothered to pitch the huge tent in the garden! This is the perfect tent for ‘I fancy camping tonight’ my daughter has used it over and over again. She has even pitched it in her bedroom! Good quality, withstands poor weather.
I'ts decent tent with 2 layers, warm and cosy. "bug net" included. Few thing to remember: Learn how to fold before camping - i'ts a bit tricky, but if You know what You doing - i'ts a key for success, and takes about 2 minutes to do in 1 person. Package is flat, but round and big - so, when package size matters: is not a great to transport (like trains, buses, cycling)
The tent is very very easy to set up, it pretty much does so itself. The instructions for collapsing the tent I found difficult to follow. I found a how-to on youtube which greatly helped, once I knew what I was doing it was so easy to collapse too!
Great tent.Quite roomy for a small two people and not too difficult to fit in the bag.Easy to put up quickly.
First used over the coldest August Bank Holiday for a long while - and it was cold in the tent. May have to figure out if there are vents to close. Tricky to fold first time. Suggest watching video. Apart from that it seems well made and it is very roomy for an average height male adult.

Pitching/folding
Quick to pitch. Free-standing tent (place it wherever you like, and if there's no wind, no need for pegs = ready to use!). Easy to fold thanks to the guiding system.
Mattress compatibility
We recommend you use the tent with the self-inflating or backpacking mattress measuring 23.6" maximum. We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 2.4" height in this tent due to the reduction in living space and resistance to condensation.
Ventilation
1 top ventilation at the back and 2 spaces between the flysheet and the ground on each side in the bedroom to enable the air to renew itself and limit natural condensation.
Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory (whole tent under 200 L/sqm/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. (2000 mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 4.2 oz/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester bedroom under the fly sheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the fly sheet.
Resistance to wind
We test all out tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes fitted around the tent must remain habitable in wind speeds up to 30 mph near the ground (Force 6).

Product testing
Our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc. We test them in the field with other campers, to check their comfort and durability. From Brittany to Corsica, we go to as many places as possible, in all weather conditions. Great conditions for discussion, which is precious to gain your feedback and plan ahead for new products!
Storage instructions
Storage: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odors and mold from forming.
Care instructions
1 CLEANING - if necessary, the tent can be cleaned with soapy water followed by a rinse (with a hose if possible). Then needs to be dried fully. 2 RESIN MARKS - …very difficult to remove: once dry, scratch it (delicately) while putting an ice cube inside to make it brittle and easier to detach. 3 STORAGE - after use, or cleaning, store tent only when completely dry to prevent odor and mold growth.
Guarantee
3 YEARS. REPAIRS: All our tents can be repaired in your usual Decathlon workshop.
