good for warm up and cooling down. space saver
I chose the non spiky one because I was afraid the spiky one would poke into my back although I think that material might be more lasting. Roller stick is still useful but I have not used the ball.

Страхотен продукт. Върши чудесна работа, ползвам го постоянно и наистина забелязвам, че мускулите се отпускат много по-добре след тренировка/тичане и се възстановяват по-бързо. Голям плюс е и това, че не заема много място, тъй като топката и малкия масажор се прибират в ролера. Много компактно.

The massage accessories (roller, ball or stick) are designed for self-massage after sport. For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes massaging each muscle group. You can massage yourself right after your outing, in the evening, or even the following day. What is the massage roller (foam roller) for?
The massage roller provides a deep massage of the muscles thanks to the body weight. Its smooth foam makes it more comfortable to use than hard rollers while still allowing a deep self-massage. Ideal for newcomers to massage, it's perfectly shaped for massaging your back, thighs, and calves, and is used on the ground. Great for your home gym. Lightweight and yet very sturdy, it's resistant to 330 lbs.
