These are Simple & Decent set of Binoculars, good for tracking & zooms. There is a visible Chromatic Abreaction issue when using these Binoculars, although the clarity is good. Good for everyday use & normal tracking.

We can clearly see the meteoroid dents of our moon. Thank you decathlon & solognac
I have done some research before buying a good bins for birdwatching. I finally bought this newly introduced bins from Decathlon in India. Pros: 1. Roof prism and FMC 2. Nitrogen filled for waterproofing 3. Good eye relief 4. Lightweight Cons: Only downside I observed was little bit color aberration at the edges for distant objects in bright sunlight. However, at this price point, this bins is very good and serves the purpose for people who are looking for a pair for birdwatching and wildlife. Later on one may opt for high end bins from brand like Swarovski but not less than three time the price of this bins.

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht, für das Geld hätte ich solche Qualitativ nicht erwartet. Da ich mein gutes Swarovski Glas nicht im Auto liegen lassen möchte, kaufte ich mir dieses Glas, welches schnell durch sein hervorragendes Bild überzeugte. Sehr scharfes Bild mit farblich guter Qualität. Mit dem leichtgängigen Fokussierrad lässt es sich schnell scharf stellen, im Gegenzug natürlich auch leichter versehentlich verstellen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Das einzig negative, was mir bisher auffiel, das man bei Sonneneinstrahlung Spiegelungen im Bild hat. Es riecht etwas nach Gummi, hat aber eine dem Preis angemessene gute Verarbeitung. Trageriemen und Tasche entsprechen ebenfalls dem Preis. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert, da hatte ich für mehr Geld schon schlechtere Gläser in der Hand. Langzeittest steht noch aus.

The 500 10x42 binoculars are designed for observing wildlife up to dusk. The components used provide a bright, sharp, well contrasted image up to the end of dusk.
Waterproof
Binoculars are nitrogen-filled to keep water out and prevent internal fogging. Withstands immersion in 40” of water for 30 minutes.
Temperature resistance
For use in temperatures between 23°F and 140°F
Adjustment for glasses wearers
Twist-up eye cups for spectacle wearers.For non-glasses-wearers, twist out the eye cups as far as they will go. For glasses wearers, twist the eye cups down to the binocular body.
Focusing
To obtain a clear, sharp image of the observed animal, turn the central focusing knob to the left or right until you get a sharp image.
Adjustment of diopter compensation
To compensate for difference in visual acuity between your eyes:Close your right eye and focus on an object about meters away using the central knob. Once the object is sharp, close the other eye and repeat the operation, this time using the diopter correction ring located near the right eyecup. The difference between your eyes is now compensated for. You no longer need to use the diopter correction ring.
