Quality of the resistance band is good and I love it
It is very useful item stretching.
With only few uses the elastic band wears off.

I was looking for a theraband with different resistance levels for my mom however found this was partial match. Now my mom likes it really good and the store person was really helpful in deciding the band.

The band is quite effective in a way where Im able to do different types of exercises. From rehab to warm-up to using for the main exercise. I feel this type of bands are very unqiue and rare as you hardly find any bands that has holes/slots for us to maximise our exercise. However, if the band was slightly longer, i feel it would be even more effective and flexible for different type of exercises.
