liked the Velcro belt, doesn't rub
Excellent belt! Really pleased with the comfort of the belt and the capacity of the bag. I have recommended this to lots of friends.
the velcro ceases to grip after a few months and the elt comes undone. I will go back to one which has a proper olastic clip to hold it firmly in place.
The belt is good design but the bottle is really poor quality. I am now on a third one having sent two back for having faulty drinking nozzles, this one is exactly the same after one use, you try and take a drink and the nozzle is so loose it closes the bottle. It can't even be swapped out for a decent SIS bottle as the Evadict bottle is specially shaped to fit the holder. Really disappointing as the concept is good but overpriced due to faulty lids.

The pocket is spacious enough for my phone and keys. Would be nice if the backing was made of thicker material to prevent sweat permeating and getting the phone wet.

This belt holds a 500ml water bottle and your keys/personal items firmly during your running session. When the correct tightness is set and is worn at a higher position, the water bottle stays in place and would not bounce around. The belt also absorbs sweat and would not scratch your skin when you are putting it on and off. The bottle that came with the belt has no unpleasant taste after washing it 3 times before your first use. I chose an L size belt in store but I found it a bit longer than expected because I need to tighten it up more when you load a filled water bottle. So if you are an average-sized person you can choose the S/M size belt.

Useless product. Backpack should be much better than this holder. If the belt is tied loose, it shakes a lot while running and feels like it may go down. If tied properly, its very hard to use the pocket to hold mobile or anything else.

Velco of the bag is very poor quality. While running it gets detached. There is lot scope to improve bag options. Bottle has leak issue
