Super Barfuß-Schuhe. Trage ich unheimlich gern, absolut bequem.
Diese Schuhe verletzen die Füße. Die Schnittkante vom Leder drückt im Bereich des Spanns. Eine Naht verläuft direkt im Bereich der Hacke, das harte Garn verletzt die Haut.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass du unzufrieden mit den Schuhen bist! Wir haben bis jetzt noch kein ähnliches Feedback erhalten aber wir werden deine Erfahrungen umgehend mit den zuständigen Produktmanagern der Marke teilen und der Sachen auf den Grund gehen.
Bitte nutze die Möglichkeit die Schuhe ohne Probleme in einer DECATHLON Filiale in deiner Nähe umzutauschen oder direkt an den Onlinehsop zu retournieren.

Schicker Schuh aus solidem Leder. Sehr gut verarbeitet, daher gut barfuss zu tragen. Absolut alltagstauglich, nicht nur zum Segeln.

Je suis navré de lire votre insatisfaction avec ce problème d'ampoules. Comme pour toute chaussure neuve, il est possible que des frottements apparaissent lors des 1ères utilisations. A fortiori pour une chaussure bateau dont le cuir s'assouplit avec le temps.
Il est dommage que vous les ayez jetées, car je vous aurais proposé de venir en magasin pour un échange ou un remboursement.
Si vous avez d'autres informations, sur l'usage que vous avez fait de vos chaussures, et sur le positionnement de vos ampoules, je vous invite à me les communiquer par réponse à ce message. Nous pourrons alors peut être mieux comprendre ce qui a pu se passer et agir sur le produit si nécessaire.
