Not sure if it's supposed to keep hair fully dry, but hair gets wet. I still wear it to keep my hair from getting knotty but was initially disappointed my hair was wet! Fits well, not super tight so don't get headaches when finished swimming. I continue to use it when swimming.
Fits well, and most important, not too tight.
Overall comfortable cap, easy to put.
My child has a short bob that is very thick. The cap is very tight and if not put on carefully, can slip off during training. Nice colour and material though.
