I sail offshore regularly so wanted an offshore jacket with high viz and easy to use wrist sealers and Decathlon’s jacket fits the bill. Plus cheaper than musto etc
Great value
I found the store staff very helpful and the sailing trousers and jacket appear to be well made and seem excellent quality for the price. I haven’t worn them at sea yet, but I’ve no reason to doubt they will be very satisfactory.
Well made. Excellent waterproofing during four days sailing in force 6 to 8 winds and constant heavy rain. Size as per guide. Good value for money. Only criticisms designing a sailing jacket with magnetic pocket closures. Difficult to helm while standing 0.5m away. Standing close caused compass error of over 35 degrees. Velcro on the Mark II please!
Did the job, kept me dry from sea spray which was light to moderate. Good neck and lower face coverage with zip fully up, but no flap. Did seem to get very wet at one point, but dry inside. Ideal for mild weather when the see gets up in coastal areas.
It’s great quality and really waterproof but there is no warmth in it at all. You need LOTS of layers (I had 4 and it wasn’t enough) to keep from getting very cold when sailing in the Menai Straits and beyond in May. I guess it is made with France in mind and French sailing must be a lot warmer. Beautifully made but get lots of good thermal layers underneath.
The jacket is a nice fit, it feels like a quality product, I have used it once since receiving in moderate wind a rain and no complaints at all. Happy with this.
Jestli vám nebude vadit, že nemáte HH, nebo Musto v maríně, tak účel super splní, praktická do tepla i zimy. Chybí mi jen to, že se kapuca nedá srolovat do límce, ale kvalita kapuci je naprosto skvělá, srovnatelná s prémiovými značkami.

Ich segel zwar nicht aber fürs Fahrrad ist es eine Superjacke
supper Regenjacke ! ich fahre jeden tag bei egal welchem wetter mit dem fahrrad meine alte regenjacke hatte ausgediehnt deshalb habe ich mir diese bestellt finde die farbe auch supper und das man die ärmel zu ziehen kann und auch die kapuze es kommt quasi nirgens mehr wind rein bin bis jetzt nur bei -4·C grad gefahren und es war echt supper warm bei regen perlt das wasser ab habe sie auch bei starkem regen getestet es kommt echt nichts durch die magnetverschlüsse finde ich zum radfahren gut bewahre in der tasche mein händy/schlüssel auf blieb bis jetzt alles trocken allem zusammen finde ich die Jacke für den preis echt gut . Eine kleinigkeit vieleicht noch als verbesserungs vorschlag ich hätte mir noch ein paar reflektorstreifen mehr gewünscht für mehr Sicht im Straßenverkehr
Die Taschen haben leider immer noch Magnetverschlüsse. Das stört den Kompass und ist beim Steuern einfach nicht akzeptabel, wie schon von anderen Kunden bemerkt.

Dank Feedback wie deines konnten wir bei der Marke durchsetzten, dass die neuen Produkte ohne Magnetverschluss kommen. Natürlich dauert dies aufgrund der aktuellen Lage noch aber es werden bereits keine Jacken mit Magnetverschluss mehr hergestellt.

Jacket care instructions
- Rinse with clean water after use- Store in a dry place- To protect the water-repellent treatment, wash as little as possible- Wash the product inside out and fastened. 86°F or 104°F synthetic cycle with regular detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Do not overload your machine. Extra rinse cycle.- Line dry.- To reactivate the water repellency, tumble dry inside out on a synthetics cycle for 10 to 15 minutes.
Design choice
The hood does not pack down into the collar, it is attached like a parka. Its weight stops it from flapping in the wind.
