The built-in overshoes and heel protection provide optimal protection in wet weather as long as you've correctly positioned the elastic behind the heel.

These overpants have been approved following tests in a simulator that reproduces the conditions of a MODERATE RAIN SHOWER, which is the equivalent of 60 L/m²/h (60 mm/h of rainfall) for 2 hours. The fabric withstands a water column of 2,000 mm after 5 washes (= 2000 Schmerber, the average water pressure exerted by water during a rain shower - test based on the ISO 811 standard). Fully taped seams.

This product has a breathable waterproof fabric (RET = 12) that limits condensation on the inside. We have measured its evaporative resistance (RET) using a test based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower its resistance, the more the fabric lets water vapor produced by the body escape, and the more breathable it is. For example: RET <9 = extremely breathable fabric. 9 < RET < 12 = highly breathable fabric. 12 < RET < 20 = breathable fabric. RET > 20 = slightly or not breathable fabric.

These PPE overpants are certified according to the new EN17353 standard (previously EN1150), with the reflective bands on the calves making cyclists visible at night. The reflective elements have been carefully positioned to account for the constraints of cycling so that they guarantee 360° visibility at 164' at night when car headlights are shined on them.

These overpants are easy to put on as they open from the foot all the way up to the knee. You can put them on whether sitting or standing, and no matter what shoes you're wearing. To keep your overpants in good shape, we recommend opening the zippers when you put them on so that you won't catch them with your shoes.

These overpants can be squashed down and stuffed into the pocket on the inside of the waist.

The zones that suffer the most wear - on the seat of these overpants - have been reinforced with a fabric that better withstands abrasion. This will make your overpants last much longer, so you can keep using them regularly for years and years.

Fabric dyeing requires lots of water, with large amounts of waste water released from the dye vats. To reduce this environmental impact, we use a dope dyeing technique, where the pigment is applied during production of the thread itself. We have substituted PFC (perfluorocarbon) for other technologies that we have developed to provide the same level of water repellency and help reduce toxicity to both the environment and people.
