bought as a seat cushion for my back. Not bad, it relieves the lower back, but I prefer the balance cushion.
This is absolutely perfect for those who are suffering back pain sciatica.
Since my wife has been using it, no more back problems in the car.
I'm a smart worker, I was given this pillow which I immediately found uncomfortable, it's not as easy to understand as inflating it, the fact that it doesn't leave you stable, but once I get used to it I can't help it.
Overall average. I use it at work and I found that I ended up having a bad back posture, complicated to have a pleasant position in the long run. So I stopped using it to avoid causing other back/cervical problems. I do not recommend

How do you adjust your balance cushion?
To use as an office seat, no need to inflate it - just open the valve and the cushion is ready to use. For use as a balance disc, you'll need to inflate it. Remove the cap and inflate it manually. Try it out. You shouldn't feel the floor. If you do, inflate it a little more. To store it, open the cap, press the button and press the cushion against you to release the air.
