Purchase for my 16 and 13 year old sons. And from the off set the tip kept coming off although we and my self kept tightening up. Should not be sold as it's too dangerous
I recieved this product yesterday as I wanted to keep my fitness up during the lockdown. However, when I set up the punch ball the top metal bar came flying off after about 5 minutes of using the product, I presumed that it was my fault and I didnt tighten the screw properly so I ensured the screw was as tight as possible. I then started to use the product and again it came flying off. I came to find out that the black screw that attaches the second metal bar to the first one does not stay tight and gradually becomes looser as you use it. Good thing I was in the garden rather than the garage or there would have been a lot more damage! Would definantly not recommend this product to anyone as it is simply dangerous, not very happy, this is clearly a huge design flaw that I'm surprised no one has picked up on.

My Dad got this for me while we were stuck inside because of COVID-19. I hadn't got much exercise except from kicking a ball around in the garden. I used this every day and before I knew it my biceps had grown and I had a six pack. We were really happy with this purchase and I recommend this to anyone who feels they aren't getting much exercise inside. My sister uses it and she's seven years old. I'm ten years old.
It is good buy if you are beginner. The product is just like it is described. It is sturdy and good durability. After regular use, the rod with the punchball, which connects the lower rod will start getting dents. Overall it is a good buy for beginner.
If you are just starting to get into boxing (possibly Muay Thai), then this is a good apparatus for you to work on your timing and training to throw some straight punches (jabs and crosses for the most part). Easy to assemble, disassemble and reassemble and very mobile. BUT if you are an experienced boxer who wants to work on speed, strength and some heavy cardio, I would say that this does not hit the spot. I would recommend buying a cobra stand or a heavy bag instead.

You are right! The punching ball is training for basic body movement and jab/hook/punch purposes.
If you are doing muay thai (knee,elbow,kick and punch combination), we highly recommend you to choose the punching bag or punching stand.

It does not come with weight at the base so it cannot be used as it comes from the shop

Bought this to improve fitness and bring out the inner Rocky in me. Very good quality, really happy with it, kids also love. Shame it doesn't come with gloves.

This is a great punch ball. My son and I have had it a few weeks and are really enjoying "playing" with it. It seems to be well made and sturdy. So far it has never toppled over and is going strong. We filled it with sand (it can be filled with sand or water). I knocked off one star because the hole to fill the sand is very small and the sand then needs to run down the insides. Because of this filling the sand was very slow, we had to put a little in at a time and push it to the side to let it drop. But you only need to do this once, so don't let this put you off buying!
Great quality ..very sturdy and works really well ..Took just 5 minutes to setup ..filled up with water to the top and hasnt moved during practice at all ...for the price an excellent product ..
Brilliant, just what I was looking for and a great price
We was going to buy the the kids version as it was cheaper but it wasn't very big or sturdy i would say for small kids so we went for adults and it great my hubby and son love it so easy to put together and fill with water i would say fill where your going to use with hose or watercan as it has to be filled to top for balance and its impossible to move one its even half filled

How to use it
