I had these sent to me by family from Sydney in padded parcel. Arrived with one lens popped out, but gently popped it back in. Frames little big for my small head, but come with straps, which are also for larger head. But still functional. And noticeable darker than normal cat 3 sunglasses. Great reflective coating. Would recommend for those out in sun a lot.
Not the best for cycling but perfect for walking or jogging.
Very nice fit and wind prevention
Excellent price for really good cat. 4 sunglasses. I am really impressed with the reduction in light from the lenses without a loss in sharpness of vision. I would recommend to anyone.

Avid fan of polarized lenses (essential when you're light sensitive) but wanted a less expensive pair for cycling in case an accident befalls the glasses, rather than risking my designer brands. Without doubt these lenses will get scratched, they aren't protected lenses, at this price I wouldn't expect them to be. They're comfortable on the face although could do with a light rubber grip around the nose bridge and maybe sides of the arms to give placement security without having to use the strap provided to secure the frame to your face. These are retailed as "Ski glasses" and Im a cyclist so they're going to receive more wear and tear seeing as the road surface is rarely smooth but so far so good, I rely on my cycling helmet straps to stop glasses from sliding. Are they value for money pretty much although would definitely like to see the grip improvement in the future. Not everybody can wear the strap provided which digs into your head if you're wearing a helmet, Im pretty sure some skiers wear helmets too :)
Great value for money as the lenses are polarized. Very comfortable, and feel well made.
Brilliant glasses
This is awesome at price point. Light weight, trendy and perfect for travelling. Used it during my Germany and Iceland trip in July 2022 and it was perfect companion all around.
Good product
The outermost thin layer/film is falling or coming off in just 4-5 months. And from inner surface corners also. Didn't expect this quality from Decathlon.
Good sun glasses
Product quality is good . It is more usefull in snow region with clear sunlight . It is ver dark as usual . So , first few days of any trek in tree region you may facing problem to see your trail clearly , even in snow region on a cloudy day too . Another problem is , if you want to take photographs you have to remove it from your eyes, otherwise you can't see the screen ! It's recommended for snow and sunny only .
The glass of the shades is not fitting, there are gaps and in glasses of both sides. Not satisfied, might be a defective product due to online purchase

I would like to assure you that this is not a defect, however, this gap is a part of the design of the sunglasses, this gap in the sunglasses enables antifogging by allowing ventilation, while you are hiking in high mountains.

Anti-uv
An anti-UV material, but what is it for? To protect your eyes from an invisible danger... UV rays. UV radiation is always present, in winter or summer, in sunny or even cloudy weather, and it can be harmful to your eyes and their contours. To preserve your vision, the lenses of our sunglasses are made of polycarbonate mixed with an "anti UV" material that protects you from the harmful rays of the sun (UVA and UVB).
Polarized
The best for your outdoor activities! The polarized lenses intensify the colors and improve contrasts as well as the view of the terrain. They provide very good protection and excellent comfort by only transmitting the light in 1 axis, also protecting you from glare by blocking the rays that are reflected off horizontal surfaces (water, snow, etc.) The only downside is that it makes it difficult to read screens (phone, etc.) as the polarizing treatment lowers the brightness of the screens.

Classification of tinted lenses according to the ISO 12312-1 standard: - Category 1: lens with a light tint for reduced sunlight. - Category 2: lens with a medium tint for average sunlight. - Category 3: dark lens for strong sunlight (sea and mountains). Good to know
Our lenses are made of polycarbonate, a material that is highly resistant to impacts but whose major weakness is that they are vulnerable to scratching. Bear in mind that even if your lenses are scratched, the UV protection does not decrease; The mirror effect is purely for aesthetic purposes. The same goes for the color of our tinted lenses. Whether they are gray, brown, or colored… you can choose your glasses according to your taste and you will still be protected, whatever the color.
Frames created using a bio-based polymer
For the frame of these sunglasses, we use Rilsan Clear G850 Rnew, a polymer made from castor oil. This bio-based material is a real asset in our development process and is tailored to making lightweight and flexible frames.
More eco-friendly glasses frames
To reduce the environmental impact of our glasses, action can also taken on the material used. On the frames of these sunglasses, we have reduced the amount of varnish and paint, and everything is incorporated directly in the mold of the product. This is still not enough, which is why we are working to ensure that, one day, these sunglasses will be 100% eco-designed.
