Never had a helmet before, but 18 years since I last went skiing. Found out I needed new goggles with more depth but found this very comfortable, warm & a good fit.
Love the colour and price. Can’t fault it.
Helmet seems okay but the colour is NOTHING like the picture. This product is BRIGHT, Fluoro orange! Decathlon need to take pictures with truer lighting. Took it back because because the colour was offensive and people on the slope complained of the stun they received when seeing my helmet. One person even had to go to hospital. 1/5. Would give it 5 if colour was true.

Compré el casco un viernes, los estrené el sábado y al día siguiente vi que había perdido intensidad el color en todo el casco menos en la zona que cubría la goma de las gafas. Ahora el color es mucho más apagado y solo se ve una franja del color original. Si no hubiera ocurrido esto, le pondría cuatro estrellas.

Normalmente nunca llevaba casco porque pensaba que seria muy engorroso. Me lo compré para estar en el park y me he encontrado con un casco súper ligero y que se adapta genial! Muy recomendando!

The EN 1077-B standard is a European standard that applies to helmets used for skull protection when downhill skiing or snowboarding. This standard involves tests to check the helmet’s capacity to absorb shocks and its resistance to penetration by a sharp object.
A convenient adjustment dial to adjust the helmet to your head shape.
The Turnring is an essential element for keeping your helmet in place. This system allows you to adjust the fit easily and precisely at any time, using a dial that is accessible even when wearing ski gloves. It is comfortable in use while also providing maximum safety. Turn the dial clockwise to tighten and anticlockwise to loosen.
A passive ventilation system
The Venting System improves the thermal regulation of your helmet and reduces condensation in your goggles. This type of design guides the air to evacuate heat and humidity, while taking into account the entire helmet-goggles interface.
Hard shell construction
The Hard Shell Construction makes your helmet durable and robust. This type of construction has an external injection-molded ABS shell to withstand powerful impacts. It is both durable and extremely resistant to shocks and knocks. The EPS core absorbs the shock during an impact. We recommend that you replace your snowboard helmet at least every 5 years if it has not experienced a significant impact in the meantime.
Removable, washable liner and ear pieces
The benefit of having a removable inner lining is that it can be washed separately. The liner and ear pieces of this snowboard helmet are detachable and machine washable at 86°F.
