Product Customer Reviews

Already owning the Artengo TR 930 SPIN 285 G I tested this one Excellent result with a gain in power in the game and on serve Very good racket with excellent value for money Recommended
Extremely powerful rackets comfort ok. Too bad the extra half cm makes the racket more difficult to handle despite the lower inertia. On the other hand, I was told that I had 30 days to be reimbursed while I tried and the store refused to reimburse me after 10 days on the pretext that I had changed the string... So I wanted to test the 960 and good luck for them...
Raquet is indeed very good and spin friendly, so I decided to buy the second one. To my surprise the paint is very low quality, what a shame .
Amazing racket. I was playing with Babolat Pure Drive and it was over 10 years old. Replacing it would have cost me close to $300. I decided to try Artengo Spin Pro TR930 and have been playing with it for nearly a month. Thoroughly enjoying my new racket. Three of my club players bought Artengo TR930 after checking out my racket!
Excellent racket. Ideal balance to have power while maintaining maneuverability. Rigid racquet, perfect for spin.
Frankly, I'm impressed! After testing other racquets of the same style from Babolat, Head and Wilson, I loved the grip of this one, so I chose it as a double. Compared to the Pure Aero, it allows me to have more control on my backhand (quite flat), while keeping a lot of topspin on my closed grip forehand. The perfect combo. It's just a shame the paint peels too quickly, and I prefer the style of the Control Tour, with more subtle and less saturated colors, but that's another discussion! Maybe a redesign for a next version?
Very good racket, very comfortable, adequate weight and leaves nothing to be desired in relation to the most famous brands available on the market. As it came strung, I'm waiting for the time to come to exchange it for a string that I'm used to playing. I think it can only get better.
The first time I played with this I was "whoa" with it it's feel nice and its really gives me more spin than my previews racketsand the design was amazing but unfortunately there is some cons with it. It has some scratch inside the paint I don't know if it's a crack or imperfection of the putty or the paint. But so far so good it doesn't gives a bad vibes when I serve with a flat serve on it. Hoping it will stay with me for a long time and hoping for more improvement to Decathlon and Artengo in the future!!
Really disappointed I order a L4 racket, the handle had a strange sensation to the touch, I look under the grip and it is known that, first of all, the handle is not 4 but a handle perhaps L2 or L3 with a thermo shrink sleeve above to increase the size of the handle , point number two in the central faces of the handle there is a dimple to house the beauty of 40 g not even lead but iron ... Really embittered, ok the price is low but I think it is better not to produce certain things if you do not level of producing them
Suits me perfectly to see in use
Very manageable racket that allows you to adjust spin and power as desired without losing control even when looking for the final shot. The only flaw is the broken strings after 5 minutes near the throat which suggests a plucked string. For the destination to good level players I recommend the sale without strings.
For a return to tennis not disappointed with this material. It hits hard without excessive muscular constraints... The weight of the racquet is not felt too much... Good general balance. I'm waiting to see with a new string different from the original one to have a little more control... For the price it's still great!
It is an excellent racket that was produced by Artengo. My profile: 30/1, lifting baseline player. Former racquet: Babolat Pure Drive 300g. The spin: very good, better than what I had with a Babolat Pure drive. It's a good racquet for a topspin-based game. Power: good, comparable to a Pure drive, the 300 grams helping. Stability: the racquet is solid and stable when hitting and returning service. Maneuverability: very manageable, its inertia means that the racquet is very manoeuvrable and seems light for 300 grams, which allows it to accelerate its gesture at the moment of impact and therefore its lift. The defect: the paint peels off instantly with very light friction. You don't expect a racquet to stay in new condition. But there, at the slightest friction, even very light, a scratch appears. It's a shame, the aesthetics of the racket is also very important to keep a racket over time, especially in our current ecological considerations! This is a point for improvement.
I swapped my Pure Aero for Tr960 control tours. Now the Tr 960's for the TR930pro. TR960 required so much effort for power and I was getting tired after a set. With this stick I get effortless power and fun. Unfortunately you can't buy replacement grommet sets for this racket and the paint job isn't the best, it has imperfections. It's a keeper for the price. I would love to try the TR990 but maybe after I've broken a few of these. Well done Artengo.

Additional Product Information
Composition
Racket frame: 55.0% Carbon Fiber, 45.0% Epoxy Resin ; Racket handle: 70.0% Steel, 30.0% Polyethylene ; Grip: 100.0% Polyurethane ; Bumper grommet: 100.0% Polyamide ; Racket string: 100.0% Polyester ; Racket end cap: 100.0% Polyamide
Weight (unstrung racket)
10.6oz (300 g)Weight: Measured in grams. Just like balance point and length, the weight impacts a racket's swingweight and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power you'll get, but the harder it will be to handle. The lighter the racket, the easier it will be to handle, but the trade-off is less power.
Balance (unstrung racket)
31.5 cm Balance: This is the racket balance point, measured in centimetres from the bottom of the shaft. The higher the number (head heavy), the more powerful and stable upon impact the racket will be. However, it will also be harder to manoeuvre. The smaller the number (grip biased or handle heavy), the easier the racket will be to handle but you'll have less power and stability.
Head size
645 cm²Head size: This is the surface area of the racket head size measured in squared centimetres. It has an impact on the racket's forgiveness and power. The larger the head size, the more powerful and forgiving it is, but the downside is less control. The smaller the head size, the more control you'll get, but you'll have to sacrifice power and forgiveness.
Ra
72 RaRa: This refers to the racket's stiffness, i.e. how much it bends under the impact of the ball. The stiffer the racket (the higher the Ra), the less it bends. The energy lost on impact is minimised and returned to the ball via the strings. Generally, a stiffer racket offers greater power.
Swingweight (unstrung racket)
SW = 285Swingweight: This indicates how easy a racket is to handle and its ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The higher the swingweight, the more powerful the racket, but also the harder it will be to handle. Conversely, the lower the swingweight, the easier the racket will be to handle, but the trade-off is less power. The swingweight is derived from a combination of the racket weight, balance and length.
Stringing:
16 x 19String pattern: This is the number of mains (vertical strings) x the number of crosses (horizontal strings). The more strings the pattern has, the more ”closed” it is; the fewer it has, the more ”open” it is. A more closed string pattern offers a greater feeling of control, but less power and spin. A more open string pattern provides more power and spin, but less control.
Length
69 cmLength: This is the length of the racket from the bottom of the grip to the top of the head. It is measured in centimetres. The longer the racket, the more power you'll get, but the flip side is that it will be harder to handle. The shorter the racket, the easier it will be to manoeuvre, but you'll have to give up power.
Mpo technology
Mass Polarization Optimization (MPO): mass is distributed inside the racket for an optimal balance between handling and stability on impact. This technology also reduces fabrication tolerance on the weight and balance by 40%. This helps create consistent rackets that meet final specs and usage conditions.
Spin concept technology
The Spin Concept technology on the racket grommets improves string movement at the time of ball impact, increasing spin.
Product testing
Our rackets undergo testing in the lab and on the court. This racket was tested for several hundred hours by our engineers, technical partners, and certified club coaches. This racket was developed in collaboration with all Artengo technical partners and various high-level players.
