I made an appointment for an account opening tutorial. The staff was very attentive and I was pumped up in less than 10 minutes.

Very surprised by the interior size: no need to walk around crouching: you can stand anywhere!!! The living room space is very large...like at home!

Great product. In any case, for quick and precise assembly it is better to have two people.

Easy to assemble tent overall, just the central bar requires a small stepladder to put it in place (size 1.76m for me). Big downside, after the first use the two groundsheets are already pierced after three weeks of camping. Quality of carpets to be reviewed. Exchange of the two mats normally under warranty after visiting the Decathlon workshop.

We purchased this model in June 2020 for a recurring event around 07/14. This year in 2023, the sausage literally exploded after several days of installation. We finished the remaining 2 days as best we could. When we returned to the store, the only thing the after-sales service could say was that it was my fault if the plastic tube exploded due to overpressure or that someone punctured it. In both cases, this is false since we were with friends who came to pick us up to warn us of the incident and we had been there for several days. Result: 77€ costs + 30€ for a replacement tube if it ever happens again... For a tent costing 600, great!! The huge Decathlon argument: "the warranty is only 2 years (and we cannot extend it) and you are at 2 years and 3 weeks." BRAVO customer satisfaction and loyalty!! Obviously, I had to make the repairs which in the end are not even guaranteed over time (in writing at that) because the person has the honesty to recognize that it will not last... Changing the entire roof was 300€, half the price of the product all at my expense. Who are we really kidding? I already have a 4.1 non-Air seconds and I wanted to be more practical for traveling with the children. (it's even fun to pump for the installation) I would have done better to blow my arm that day when it was time to pay... Incredibly disappointed by the Decathlon team even though I am a loyal customer and I often praise the merits of the brand given the efforts made on product design. However, not recognizing that a product may be defective is a serious desire to harm the customer, willful negligence or a very unhealthy change in customer policy. They won't catch me again.

The tent is good at all levels except the tarpaulin on the ground which is a little fragile, in one use it is pierced. A bit of a shame at this price.

We went camping with the tent for a total of 2 weeks last year when it was consistently over 30 degrees, it was pleasantly air-conditioned. This year we had heavy rain, strong storms and 2 thunderstorms. Everything was dry and the tent was very solid. The only thing I would change is that the tent can be completely closed at the front in the entrance area so that my little dog can't run away. Otherwise great tent, good quality, quick to set up and take down.

It meets my expectations, it unfolds and folds quickly and has a large usable surface. It is very functional.

A little afraid when purchasing given the price and the stress that it could burst. Ultimately happy with this investment. Saving time during assembly. Very spacious and functional tent.. We were treated to heat and a storm and..... Nothing changed. The other tents were flooded, not ours. And incredible comfort because you don't feel the heat inside. In short, I am convinced and the price is ultimately well worth it.

A well-designed tent for summer, in winter it is impossible to camp in the cold.
