Kind of difficult to use.
Very good and very effective. Easy to carry also. Best for pain in any part of upper body.
Used for sorting out back/shoulder pain. Use against a wall. Sorts the pins and needles feeling.

Perfect for working into muscles while sat at your desk
Son needed this for exercise sessions that take place prior to swimming training - hasn't tried it yet, but said it looks perfect!
Best stuff
Rolling the ball under your feet feels good and your legs. I have tried it on my back feels good to but be careful with your spine.
I've been using it every day since I bought it and love it! helps work out the knots in my muscles and I feel much better.

The massage ball can be used after sports for massaging yourself. For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes on each muscle group. You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
