Found out in youtube videos that massage rollers helped in easing lower back pains for pregnant ladies so purchased to try it out. It does help me when my lower back started aching from 2nd trimester, i placed the roller beneath my back & hold it into the spot where it aches the most & do less than half rolling back & forth, you do not need to do a full rolling action, just target the aching areas. It works for me well but might not for everybody.

What's the 500 hard foam massage roller for?
It provides a deep massage of your muscles using your body weight. Its hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage. The massage helps relax the muscles and promotes recovery. For greater comfort, or to begin with roller self-massages, see also in the same range the massage roller 100 SOFT (smooth foam of medium hardness)
How to use the foam roller?
Designed to be used after sport, the massage roller allows you to massage yourself. You can massage yourself right after your outing, in the evening, or even the following day, ideally spending about 5 minutes on each muscle group. Feel free to watch our videos that show you how to use the product on the different muscles being massaged. For greater comfort, or to begin with roller self-massages, see also in the same range the massage roller 100 SOFT (smooth foam of medium hardness)
What are the use precautions?
For adults only. When using a massage roller for the 1st few times, it is common to feel some pain or experience some bruising. If the pain is intense and lasts a long time, consult your doctor. As to the bruising, it's only due to small blood vessels on the surface: don't worry, this phenomenon will stop as you carry on using the roller.
