The neck cover was torn in 2 days! I tried to sew it several times but nothing worked, it tore in other places, very poor quality fabric! Very disappointed with my purchase!!!

Waterproofing:
A neck cover is an essential accessory that ensures the rug truly keeps the horse dry. It prevents rain from entering via the neck opening. (Water running down the horse's neck will wet the entire rug from the inside.)
Why a neck cover:
Not putting a neck cover on a clipped horse is like heating a house but leaving the windows open! The neck and throat are areas that are very sensitive to cold and should be protected in the same way as the horse's body.
Compatibility:
Our AllWeather Light neck warmer can be used with all of our AllWeather rugs. As well as the neck pad, it has an elastic band for attaching it to the halter if necessary.
Storage instructions
After washing, store in a dry place away from sunlight. Make sure that the neck warmer is completely dry before storing.
