Absolutely right product for water excercises, wife, self and kids all are using weighted aquafitness stuff as wristbands and anklebands ! Bought 2 pairs, adds flavour to water excercise after some normal laps of swim. Good to tone up muscles.
Прекрасен дизайн. Не е устойчив за тренировки с маратонка (производствено е предвиден за вода) - на първата тенировка платът се разкъса (1х2 см) там, където се трие в маратонката. Понеже са леки и компактни, ги закупихме за 7-годишно дете - няма друга алтернатива, която да е с тази тежест и компактност.

Gut zu handelnde Fußmanschette, verrutscht nicht gut tragbar im Wasser. Lediglich längere Trockenzeit und schwerer Ballast in der Sporttasche!
Super Teile
Hallo Decathlon, gibt es dafür Erweiterungen? Ich hab ein Lip/Lymphödem.
Gute Handhabung, praktisch nur etwas klobig, aber wie gesagt Preis Leistung stimmt

Die Manschetten sind angenehm zu tragen , einfaches an und ausziehen dank Klettverschluss. Hält super im Wasser !!

Why use weighted bands in the water?
Boost your Aquafitness sessions by increasing your muscle strength with weight bands!Weighted bands allow you to work on your muscle strength and increase the resistance of your movements by adding weight around your ankles or wrists. Ideal for static exercises, they make your muscles work harder for a more energetic and dynamic workout.
Why work on toning your muscles?
Muscle toning helps to rebalance your figure and firm up all parts of your body (stomach, buttocks, arms, chest). Targeted toning exercises help your body stay or get back into shape. Toning and strength training are also very good exercises to enhance your physical fitness in addition to your sports activity. Use them to speed up your progress and boost your performance.
Advice on use
Wrap the bands around your ankles or wrists to intensify your physical exertion. Adjust the bands to your liking using the velcro to ensure your freedom of movement.

The weight bands are sold in pairs.
The position to adopt for the exercises and a few exercise examples below
Basic position: Straighten you back, place your feet firmly on the floor and slightly bend your knees. You are ready to start!
Alternating kicks
Exercise 1: Alternating kicks: Place the weighted bands on your ankles and adopt the basic position + bend your leg, bringing your bent knee up in front of you, and push your foot out to stretch your leg. Alternate the movement from one leg to the other and repeat!
Alternating punches
Exercise 2: Alternating punches: Place the weighted bands on your wrists and adopt the basic position + bend your elbow and stretch your arm out in front of you. Alternate arms and repeat!
Abductors
Exercise 3: Abductors: Place the weighted bands on your ankles and adopt the basic position + stand with your legs pelvis-width apart, open and close your legs while keeping your legs semi-stretched then repeat!
