I bought this on the advice of my physio to help me in the water for rehabilitation purposes as I have spinal issues. It is excellent for supporting my back to let me get swimming on my back. I use mine along with a nek doodle “hard to find in the UK” Water is the best therapy for most. It’s not what you can’t do it’s what you can use to help you do what you can. Quitting is not an option. Decathlon try to source kneck floats for adults. I had to get my nek doodle from the USA
This belt only for people with low and normal bone density . If u have a heavy bone density u need to get a thick belt

You may also wish to consider the pool noodles or the push-pull accessory, as an assistance for swimming or doing exercises in the pool.

Habe den schwimmgürtel gleich beim aqua Jogging ausprobiert, er trägt nicht auf und stört überhaupt nicht bei den Bewegungen.

For Aquagym and Aquajogging. Aquajogging is a water activity allowing you to move in the water by recreating the technique of running. This activity helps you to tone your body by boosting your cardio workout to improve your long-term cardiac endurance. You can exercise in deep water with a buoyancy belt or with your feet on a Aquajogging treadmill.
User comfort
Keeping your bust on the surface of the water, the EVA foam belt fits your back snugly for optimal comfort during use.
Instructions
Position the belt at the bottom of your back, the adjustment strap should sit on your waist to maximize your comfort during use. The curved part of the belt should be placed at the top.
3 exercises to begin my activity
Basic position: with the belt pressed against your back, keep your back straight and your bust tilted slightly forwards, you’re ready to begin!
Exercise 1:
Run in the water to tone your whole body: Adopt the basic position + Make a pendulum movement back and forth with your arms and legs in opposite directions. Remember to bend your knee and extend your leg, then push it backwards through the water.
Exercise 2:
Alternating kicks to tone your legs: Adopt the basic position + Bend your knees towards your bust and stretch your leg outwards. Alternate the movement from one leg to the other and repeat.
Exercise 3:
Knee lifts to boost your cardio workout and tone your skin: Adopt the basic position + Bring your knees towards your bust then stretch your leg towards the bottom of the pool. Alternate the movement from one leg to the other and repeat.
