Great introductory bow and easy for anyone to use
with the arrow rest in the center on the bow, almost all shots fired missed the target completely, personally the Disco Club 500 is the way forward for beginners
Bought for my daughter to practice archery. Unfortunately it doesn't shoot straight - the arrows veer widely to one side! I've compared it to my bow (not an expensive one) and the Geologic really is bad. It's worse than useless because now it has put her off archery. Avoid! Complete waste of money.

I suggest that you exchange your product in the Decathlon store of your choice.
The aiming principle is that of so-called "Intuitive" shooting or Apache shooting.
The aiming of this "Apache" shooting is done with the eye, notch and point alignment. Allowing you to shoot only over short distances, this shot is suitable for a first approach to archery, which is the case with this product.
At a greater distance, a counter-aiming is necessary.
Regarding the placement of the arrow on the arrow rest, this must be done with the cock feather up.

This is an amazing bow for adults beginners....great poundage. The arrow will go right once u release this is due to the arrow rest design....i had to cut the arrow rest to half its size for the arrow to go straight.
Best quality, great satisfaction
Cons This product had too much material in the centre, agility was lost as the arrow rest was not quickly accessable, aiming was difficult and the bow was heavy. Pros Budget product, very solid, amazing look and feel, quick set up and take down, material and finish is worth the money.
I bought this bow around a year ago, the shape is night and archers of left and righter handers can use this easily. After using this bow with the geologic 100 arrows and 300 i realize it works better with the 100 arrows. It has been able to shoot quite accurately at around 40ft, I have used other arrows that are heavier and it does the job too. Probably lighter arrows dont work so well with it.
Been using mine for about a week, i noticed that the orange handle was slowly becoming loose, also since I am a beginner I am not sure how to aim with it (maybe because im used with a target). I carry the bow with my left hand and after awhile my left hand would hurt cause of the handle. But for beginners I recommend this product.

Syn dostal tento luk k Vánocům, ale nadšení vystřídalo zklamání. Luk nebyl kompletní. Jaká škoda, ale z luku se v tuto chvíli nedá střílet.
Spokojenost. Zastřílí si jak začátečník tak pokročilý.

You can use the Discovery 300 arrows, which are designed for shooting our foam and straw targets.The arrow must be placed on the arrow rest with the cock-fletch pointing upwards.The cock vane is the feather that's either plain or a different colour to the other two.
Advice
This bow has no sights, so you simply aim it intuitively.This method of aiming involves lining up your eye with the nock and point.This technique is only suitable for shooting over short distances, but is a great option when trying archery for the first time.At longer distances, you'll need a bow with a sight.
