Very good racket but catastrophic paint

Very good handy and powerful racket. Very versatile but the paint is really fragile! Compared to other racquets of the same level but of another brand, the paint peels off very quickly (too quickly…..1 st training session). However, very good value for money, even if it seems to be 2 years old and not 6 months old…. Damage

Very good product powerful and easy to play

buy at the start of the school year for my return to tennis and I thank the Tourville store for testing the product. It is powerful and really easy to play for my first matches in competition, the only downside is the black paint goes away quickly after 4 months of play. but given its price at 100 euros, it is as efficient as the big brands.

Top racket but disappointed with the paint

For the recovery of tennis after a few years I tried several rackets and was pleasantly surprised by this one. So I took one 6/7 months ago and bought a 2nd one 2 months ago. In terms of play, they are great, but on the aesthetic level, I am disappointed by the fact that the color degrades quite quickly (2 months) in places that do not touch the ground or the ball.

Excellent value. Done…

Excellent value. Does what it was designed to do.

I went to buy...

I had left to buy a Babolat. I saw that it was possible to try the material, that's what I did and I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent performance valuable price

Really good racquet for me as recreational player..got a best feel when stroke..topspin is a most..looking up for tr990 after this

Top notch control!

A 285g racquet that perfectly matches my style of play and my tennis training. Player for 2 months, thanks to this racket, I found a stability in my game and a really interesting shot control. Even if it's not its strong point, the 930 offers quite satisfactory power for my level (30/1). I recommend this racquet for all players, whether they are beginners or even experienced!

The top in this segment

I used to play with the Artengo TR900 which I thought was very good. I tested this racquet just out of curiosity and I immediately loved it! A great feeling for this type of power-oriented frame. Big catch of effect but flat it goes very well too. Very stable for this weight. A little more inertia than on the 900 but it does not displease me. And big power for a 285 gram racquet! Really a must! I've been using this racquet for a year and a half now, and still love it. Chris ranked 15

Great racket

Great racket with a nice frame that generates enough power and spin! Very nice price point and equivalent performance compared to other racket brands.

Additional Product Information

Composition

Racket frame: 55.0% Carbon Fiber, 45.0% Epoxy Resin ; Racket handle: 65.0% Steel, 35.0% Polyethylene ; Grip: 100.0% Polyurethane ; Bumper grommet: 100.0% Polyamide ; Racket string: 100.0% Polyester ; Racket end cap: 100.0% Polyamide

Weight (unstrung racket)

285 gWeight: Measured in grams. Just like balance point and length, the weight impacts a racket's swingweight and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power you'll get, but the harder it will be to handle. The lighter the racket, the easier it will be to handle, but the trade-off is less power.

Balance (unstrung racket)

32 cm Balance: This is the racket balance point, measured in centimetres from the bottom of the shaft. The higher the number (head heavy), the more powerful and stable upon impact the racket will be. However, it will also be harder to manoeuvre. The smaller the number (grip biased or handle heavy), the easier the racket will be to handle but you'll have less power and stability.

Head size

645 cm²Head size: This is the surface area of the racket head size measured in squared centimetres. It has an impact on the racket's forgiveness and power. The larger the head size, the more powerful and forgiving it is, but the downside is less control. The smaller the head size, the more control you'll get, but you'll have to sacrifice power and forgiveness.

Ra

71 RaRa: This refers to the racket's stiffness, i.e. how much it bends under the impact of the ball. The stiffer the racket (the higher the Ra), the less it bends. The energy lost on impact is minimised and returned to the ball via the strings. Generally, a stiffer racket offers greater power.

Swingweight (unstrung racket)

SW = 265Swingweight: This indicates how easy a racket is to handle and its ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The higher the swingweight, the more powerful the racket, but also the harder it will be to handle. Conversely, the lower the swingweight, the easier the racket will be to handle, but the trade-off is less power. The swingweight is derived from a combination of the racket weight, balance and length.

Stringing:

16 x 19String pattern: This is the number of mains (vertical strings) x the number of crosses (horizontal strings). The more strings the pattern has, the more ”closed” it is; the fewer it has, the more ”open” it is. A more closed string pattern offers a greater feeling of control, but less power and spin. A more open string pattern provides more power and spin, but less control.

Length

68.5 cmLength: This is the length of the racket from the bottom of the grip to the top of the head. It is measured in centimetres. The longer the racket, the more power you'll get, but the flip side is that it will be harder to handle. The shorter the racket, the easier it will be to manoeuvre, but you'll have to give up power.

Mpo technology

Mass Polarization Optimization (MPO): mass is distributed inside the racket for an optimal balance between handling and stability on impact. This technology also reduces fabrication tolerance on the weight and balance by 40%. This helps create consistent rackets that meet final specs and usage conditions.

Spin concept technology

The Spin Concept technology on the racket grommets improves string movement at the time of ball impact, increasing spin.

Product testing

Our rackets undergo testing in the lab and on the court. This racket was tested for several hundred hours by our engineers, technical partners, and certified club coaches. This racket was developed in collaboration with all Artengo technical partners and various high-level players.

Storage instructions

Avoid major temperature fluctuations.
