Ordered November 1 and delivered November 5; I couldn’t be more happy with the quality and how fun it is to ride. I typically average 4-5 miles round trip when traffic is chaotic here in Sedona, AZ and even with all the giant hills this Sinch just zips along at 20 mph no problem with great battery life. When the bike was delivered the only thing missing was the hardware to secure the display to the handlebars and Aventon customer service was very quick to respond, getting me these bits in no time at all. I had been concerned by earlier reviews about long wait times between ordering and delivery but it appears the supply chain snags have been worked through. Absolutely satisfied and very happy with my purchase.
I have 600 miles on my Sinch this bike is so much fun. Be prepared for questions from everyone who sees it. It’s great on the street or trails. I have researched ebikes for 2 years and Aventon is the best bike for the money. I’m 65 years old and ride nearly every day. I have friends with another brand ebike and mine is so much better quality and looks awesome. Just buy it. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Aventon

I am in LOVE with my new Sinch! I've been traveling & living in my van for years and always wished I had some form of transportation besides my van that could help me explore towns/cities/nature without having to always move my camper van. I've found the ANSWER and it's my new Sinch! I love zipping around cute little towns on this ebike and the fact that it's foldable and fits in my van is amazing. People are constantly asking me about my Sinch & it's definitely a conversation starter. Love it!!!

Bike is great. However bike handle bar monitor was missing screws needed to secure it to handlebar. Requested support for replacement screws but got no reply.
