La pression s'est détachée, je comprends votre insatisfaction. Il doit s'agir d'un anomalie. J'ai prévenu l'équipe de conception afin de procéder à un contrôle sur ce point.
Je vous invite à vous rendre dans un magasin Décathlon afin de procéder à un échange ou à un remboursement.

It has a press button under the chin so is a lot harder for toddler to get off- in fact it’s the one hat she doesn’t fight with when I put it on. The perfect hat for my 16 month old and she looks very cute in it. Cosy and warm and protects ears.

Teploučká, hodně oceňuji ty dlouhé uši, které se dají i zapnout pod bradou. Čepice výborně sedí, nepretáčí se.
Konečně čepice, která kryje uši a neleze z čela!!! Dceři je 3,5 a velikost je akorat.
Čepice do chladného podzimního/zimního počasí. Syn 2 3/4 roku a čepice mu byla hodně na knap (obvod hlavy 50cm). Po chvilce nošení se trochu roztáhla a je vše ok. Velké plus je zapínání alá ušanka na 1x drug (možnost 2x poloh zapnutí větší/menší)
tvrzení použitlnosti od 1 roku do 3 let je dost troufalé. Velikost max do 18 měsíců, cca do velikosti 86 cm.
Dokoupili jsme ji ke kombinéze a jsme naprosto spokojeni a malému se také líbí.
Jediná čepice, která naší malé slečně opravdu sedí, nepadá ani neleze do očí, nefouká do uší, prostě dokonalá
