Decent product but not as good for kids

I apologize for the bad experience that you have faced with the swimming cap. Ideally swimming caps are meant to follow hygiene at the pool and also to keep your hair from coming in between your swims.
Mesh caps are of similar material to that of your swimsuit and do not provide for water tightness. Alternatively I suggest if you're looking for more water tightness to go for silicon caps, but these also do not provide for 100% water tightness as water enters through the gap between the cap and your ears.
We have other sizes also available if this size does not fit well.
You may visit your nearest decathlon store for the best solution.

Es fácil de quitar y poner para un niño de 5 años. Al ser de tela/lycra no es impermeable pero no es lo que necesito. Lo que buscaba era que el niño pudiese ser autónomo y hace perfectamente su función.

The watertightness of the swimming cap varies according to the model: The mesh cap is not at all watertight and lets the water in. The silicone mesh cap is made of watertight pieces, but the water passes through the seams, offering better protection against splashing water. The material of the silicone cap offers the best watertightness. PLEASE NOTE: NO SWIMMING CAPS ARE 100% WATERTIGHT. THE WATER FLOWS UNDER THE CAP, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE EARS.

MESH CAP: Easy to put on, comfortable. Low maintenance, ideal for beginners, practical for Thalasso. Suitable for aquagym because it retains less heat. SILICONE MESH CAP: Easy to slip on and comfortable, better grip, ideal for intermediate swimmers. SILICONE CAP: Better grip, better glide, ideal for advanced swimmers, for training and competitions. Caution: as a consequence, it is not so easy to put on.
