Love the long sleeves and high neck. Great coverage. Would love some shorts with the same protection to go with it.
Its a gift to my niece, the graphic print is nice and its UV protected. To add on, the price is cheap.

My son has been wearing this regularly and even with the best care as the other swimming t-shirts he has, this one in particularly is been getting yellowish stains all over.

Das Produkt ist super. Aber wir haben für unseren Sohn (13 Monate) die Größen 2 und 3 Jahre gewählt und die 3 Jahre passt wirklich am Besten. Daher würde ich empfehlen mindestens 1-2 Größen größer zu bestellen.

Babies' skin is very sensitive to the sun as children's defense systems are established after the age of 3. With identical exposure, the effects of the sun are 2 to 3 times stronger on a child than on an adult. It is therefore very important to protect them effectively.
Uv protection even when wet
The fabric of this OLAIAN UV-resistant product blocks at least 98% of UVB radiation and 95% of UVA (UPF 50+). This guarantees effective protection from the sun. It can be used both in and out of the water, for water or nautical sports. UV radiation is filtered by the density of the textile fibers, for long-lasting protection, even after washing.
What does upf 50+ mean?
UPF is a sun protection factor (Ultra Violet Protection Factor) and is standardized worldwide. It defines the protection level of a fabric and more precisely the proportion of UV rays it lets through. To meet the standards, it must block at least 95% of UV rays. UPF 50+ means that the fabric blocks at least 95% of UVB and 98% of UVA rays.
Behavior when in the sun
Although this set allows protection from the sun, phenomena such as reflections (from the water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, etc., must be taken into account. When you wear this set, you must follow the relevant conduct: sunglasses, hat or cap, regular application of adapted sun cream, drinking regularly, etc.

Warmth and wind
The minimum water temperature recommended for the use of this UV-protection T-shirt is 72°F if it is worn on its own. Please note that the presence of wind will have an impact that can cause discomfort when wet, making you feel colder.
Head size
Young children have a head size that is proportionately larger than that of adults. To make it easier when getting dressed, this UV-resistant top has press studs at the back of the collar.
