Bonjour, Je possède un Oxelo town9 qui a 2 ans. Je l'ai utilisé assez intensivement, et j'ai fini par perdre une des vis qui tient le guidon. La vis est difficile à identifier, elle n'est pas dans le catalogue des pièces de rechange. Du coup, je me suis déplacé en magasin. A l'atelier le vendeur m'a refilé ce guidon de rechange... qui n'est pas compatible avec ma trottinette. Super, avec 8 euros de livraison quand même...

Je suis désolé du problème rencontré. Cette paire de poignée est bien compatible avec les TOWN 9EF datant d'avant août 2018, ce qui ne semble pas être le cas de la vôtre qui a 2 ans.
Dans votre cas, soit le système de pliage des poignée est défaillant, dans ce cas là référent de cette pièce 8547426, la référence du gris de poignée est 8386809.
Je vous propose de retourner dans votre magasin avec ce message pour vous faire rembourser les mauvaises poignées et passer commande des bonnes.
