Bike Inner Tube - Presta Valve designed for tires for children's bikes with a 14 inch diameter and 1.7 to 2.2 mm wide.
14" inner tube with Presta valve (small valve) for 14-inch tires and wheels.
14" tires and wheels from 1.7 to 2.2.
High quality valve that retains air pressure well.
How to choose your inner tube
Check the information indicated on the sidewall of the tire (diameter and width).
For example, 26 x 2.20 means a tire with a 26 inch diameter and 2.2 inches wide.
On the tire sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-559 means a tire that is 50 mm wide and has an inner diameter of 559 mm (approx. 26 x 2.00).
Removing an inner tube
Remove the used inner tube using B'Twin tire levers (item code 8047839).
What to check before installing your new inner tube
Check the condition of your tire and replace it if necessary.
Make sure no objects are lodged in the tire.
Check the condition of your tire rim strip. A rim strip that is even slightly bent can cause punctures.
Check that your rim does not have any issues that could damage your inner tube.
Fitting your inner tube
Pre-inflate the inner tube slightly to keep it from getting pinched.
Insert the valve, making sure you are using the correct valve for your rims.
Put the inner tube entirely inside the tire so that it fits inside the trough of the rim.
Take care not to pinch the inner tube when mounting the tire onto the rim.
Mounting the tire
Start by mounting the tire onto the wheel on the opposite side to the valve.
Finish mounting the tire at the valve to avoid pinching the inner tube.
Never mount your tire with a screwdriver or a tire lever, as you risk pinching and puncturing the inner tube.
Inflating the tire
Inflate your tire carefully to the pressure recommended by the manufacturer (visible on the sidewall of the tire in PSI or bars; 1 bars = 14.51 PSI).
Regularly check that your tire is in the correct position as you inflate it.
Tip from the pros
To avoid punctures due to pinching, and for best tire performance, we recommend that you check your tires and inflate them to the suggested pressure before every ride.
To guarantee optimal quality, 100% of our inner tubes are inflated for a period of 8 hours.
Material: isobutylene. Weight: 4 oz.
Take care not to pinch the inner tube when mounting the tire.
Carry your inner tubes in a container to protect them from punctures (B'Twin tool drum, original packaging, or bag).
To find your wheel size, check the information printed on the tire sidewall. Always carry a spare inner tube and a pump.
