its a great product to be used when cycling. its of great need that we require and bottle cage and the product that decathlon provided is one of the finest to be used daily. its of exceptional build quality and have hight standards of durabilty. i would recommend the product to my acquaintances.

Bought it thinking it would be suitable to carry a spare bottle on my MTB. Shouldn't have bought this cage in the first place instead of a bit expensive version of the bottle cage which is very secure. Was riding on bumpy roads of Mumbai & suddenly bottle went flying from the cage which never happened in the cage i'm using on my Roadbike 500 bottle cage from BTwin. i was looking to save 100 bucks on the cage & ended up losing the bottle. Pay 100 rupees extra for the 500 version of bottle cage.

Since it's a wire cage, can be bent a bit to accommodate a narrower/larger or non-bike-specific bottle quite securely, but the plastic housing in which the cage ends are embedded does not stand up to the test of time. Every time you carry your bike on your shoulder, the cage rotates sideways in the plastic housing, skewing the cage symmetry and gradually wearing out the plastic grooves. End result is that the cage slips out of the plastic housing on a bumpy ride. Annoying and dangerous.

The bottle is designed to accommodate perfectly our btwin bottles. It is recommended that we don't adjust the angle of the cage to accommodate bottles of higher volumes. The biggest reason for this is at certain bumps on the road the weight on the cage will be double the normal weight of the bottle.We at Decathlon gives 2 years warranty on all our products. I recommend you visit your nearest store and we will find solution.
