This rubber-covered disc is very practical when placing the bar on the ground because it provides good cushioning. To catch the disc alone, the grip is made easier by the spaces. It can be combined with smaller cast iron discs to benefit from cushioning and not damage the floor.

It's a long lasting and ergonomic plate. Awesome! It might be a little pricey, but worth it.
