Leash provided and plug already installed on the board.
Always wear a rash vest or a wetsuit to prevent the foam from irritating your skin.
Catching a wave.
To catch a wave, propel yourself forward using your fins once the water is up to your knees.
Attach the leash to your wrist and use fins in areas where you can no longer touch the bottom. Bodyboarding with fins should be done in areas that are set aside for surfing. Ask lifeguards before entering the water if you are unsure.
The polypropylene (PP) core is much more durable to repeated flexes than polyethylene (PE) cores, which explains why the majority of top-of-the-line bodyboards for powerful waves are made of Freedom 6 polypropylene. Shaped and laminated by hand.
