Der große Ball macht sehr viel Spaß und hält einiges aus. Auch die Gummischnur ist robust und bei Bedarf tauschbar. Der kleine Ball ist schwer zu treffen, vor allem weil er zu leicht ist. Darum flattert die Gummischnur stark und schnalzt einem auch mal ins Gesicht. Besser wäre ein kleiner Ball mit dem Gewicht des großen Balls. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad lässt sich aber auch mit dem großen Ball steigern, z.B. durch Kürzen der Schnur oder die Verwendung eines Deuserbandes.
Das Perfekte Set für Einsteiger! Der große Ball ist für den Einstieg und es lässt sich sehr gut damit arbeiten. Nach wenigen Tage bekommt man schon ein gutes Gefühl für die Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit. Nach 4 Wochen bin ich auf den kleinen Ball umgestiegen um das Niveau zu erhöhen. Es macht wirklich Spaß und verbrennt ordentlich Kcal ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!
Hatte den Reflexball eher in der Kategorie "Spielzeug" angesiedelt bin aber vom Spassfaktor und der Effektivität positiv überrascht. Mein Tipp: nach ein bisschen Übung für die Koordination kann man das Training mittels Gewichten/Gewichtsmanschetten an den Händen deutlich steigern. Nachteil: Nach ca. 10h Nutzung wird der Gummi merklich schlapper - bisher aber noch nutzbar. Ob man den am Ball einfach ersetzten kann wird sich zeigen. Das Produkt könnte mit 5m beigelegtem Gummi als Ersatz deutlich nachhaltiger werden.

Why should you work on your boxing reflexes?
Boxing, like many combat sports, is a contact sport where reflexes are very important - they are essential for getting used to dodging and striking with speed and precision. We created this kit to help you develop your reflexes. With regular training, you will learn how to time your strikes with the ball's movement. In addition to being a very good technical exercise, it's a fun activity that is suitable for everyone.
An adaptable kit
To adjust the difficulty of this exercise to your skill level, we are offering 2 balls with different diameters. - The large ball (2.8") is ideal for getting started; it has a larger striking surface and its weight makes it slower. To make this exercise even easier, you can start with boxing gloves. - The smaller ball (2") will be much faster and difficult to strike; it is recommended for more seasoned boxers.
How to adjust the length of the elastic
It's important to adjust the length of the band (between the ball and the headband) to your arm length. If it's the wrong length, this exercise will be much more difficult.To start out right, we recommend adjusting the length of the band to the length between your shoulder and your fist.
