This is worst skipping rope i have ever seen till now , this rope is made of metal cable inside, which is not flexible at all. I get stuck inbetween while skipping.

I use this rope for double unders and speed work. Go ahead and buy it. You wont regret it. I didnt give it a 5 cause straightening this rope out is an issue. Everything else is fine.
the rooe is excellent, however problem with adjusting the size for diffrent people makes it less useful .
This is for professionals... superb . Once you learn , then the speed you can reach is unbelievable...
The rope is durable but curls up because of the compact packaging, it needs to be hung after use so as to prevent the curling, which does get in the way while working out at times. But I suppose after using it for a while it'll be normal.
Hard to cut the rope by ourselves, suggest for help from the store.
As the rope is thin, it offered speed and control to me. The rope unlinke the 500 jump rope, feels really light and more maneuverable.
Excellent rope if you want improve your skipping technique,speed and skills. I hope to improve my double understand and this rope is ideal.
Product seems good but Bit pricey even at 50 % discount
Its been a week since i graduated from the 100 Adult Skipping Rope. Must say this is much better quality as its sort of unbreakable. extremely light weight rope that can be used for fast skipping workouts.
Highly recommended for pro skippers
My partner and I have been using it outdoor and he finds it very comfortable and easy to use. For me, it is more difficult because I do not have much experience using skipping ropes. Thus, the title of my review. Pros: Ergonomic as the description. Good for outdoors - materials have resisted for now but we have used only in the summer time and about a month practising once a week. Compact and easy to store. Adjustable Cons: Not for beginners, you need to maintain and medium-high speed so the tension of the rope is good and you don´t need to stop. (It does say in the description) Difficult to adjust unless you have tools. I recommend to adjust it at home prior use it, there is a lot of guidance about what is the longitude you need to use online.

To determine the right length of your skipping rope, place your foot in the middle of the rope and lift the handles up the side of your body. For beginners, or to be more comfortable, the handles should come up to your shoulders. For advanced skippers, the rope can be shorter, coming up to your lower ribs or navel.
1. Loosen the screw on the upper part of the handle. 2. Push the cable toward the outer side to suit your height and skill level (as explained above). 3. Tighten the screw. Your rope is ready!
Correct technique involves jumping with your stomach tight, contracting the abdominal muscles; the pelvis must be tucked under to avoid hollowing of the back – which can cause back pain and injury. For beginners, to improve jumping and balance we recommend doing 2 jumps for each rotation of the skipping rope: twice on the right foot, then twice on the left foot. We strongly recommend wearing sports shoes to cushion impacts
