I ordered this and 4 other items on Saturday and was told they'd be delivered on Monday. I then received an email on Sunday saying "We want to inform you that we have delays with your order ..... - we do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We’re waiting to receive the stock in our UK warehouse so that your order can be dispatched, however unfortunately we may not be able to meet the estimated delivery date. " I had to spend ages getting a chat session up and asking which item was causing the delay. When I was told it was this one I started a new order for it and found the delivery date had moved to 9 days later, so I had to amend my order to remove this. So because you discovered one item was not in stock you were going to make my entire order 9 days late. Now I've removed this item I've still no idea when I'll get the rest of my stuff as "Only when the order is shipped from warehouse I can possibly let you know the delivery date." This is my second online order with you and both orders have been drastically delayed this way. If you make a mistake and find you cant send the whole order when you expected please send what you can. You've good products, good prices, a reasonable website but the online ordering experience is terrible and drives me elsewhere.
I'm sorry to hear of your issues with online delivery. The system with split warehouses on the continent and UK is admittedly not ideal, and the team are working on solutions. Great Value for such a high end product
Brilliant, my son loves it and it's easy for him to use, (smooth zip), thick and warm and denser than normal so better than other kids fleeces as more rain repellent.... Absolute bargain and fits nicely under waterproof coat for wet wear or on its own when it's dry....brought the pink one for my daughter.

What does water-repellent mean?
Your 100 fleece is made water-repellent by applying a treatment to its outer surface. This treatment causes water to slide over the surface without soaking in. This prevents the component from swelling with water and keeps it lightweight. This treatment must be renewed several times throughout the product's lifetime. Water-repellent treatment products are available in our stores.
What is breathability and the ret index?
The breathability of your 100 fleece corresponds to its ability to let perspiration generated by the body escape. It is measured by its Resistance to Evaporative Transfer (ISO 11092 standard). The RET is a resistance index; the lower the value, the greater the breathability of the fabric. RET between 6 and 9: extremely breathable, between 10 - 13: very breathable, between 14 - 17: breathable, between 18 and 20: not very breathable, over 20: not breathable. RET of your 100 fleece = 8.7
What is the clo index?
The clo is the scale that measures the thermal resistance of your 100 fleece. During the test, your technical garment's component is exposed to a temperature close to body temperature and a controlled outside temperature. The clo index reflects the ability of your 100 fleece to retain your body heat inside the garment. The greater the clo index, the better the technical component will retain your body heat.
Score to compare the environmental impact of products
The environmental impact of the product is calculated over its entire lifecycle and with different indicators.
