I haven't had a chance to use it as a mountaineering rope yet but I've used it trrad climbing it seems like a good rope. I just wish it came in another colour so I could buy two and climb with double ropes. Do you plan on releasing another colour?
This is a fantastic rope, handles great and feels really tough. Doubles up with my 8.6 half rope no bother. Bought to replace a very similar rope from another manufacturer and this is a like for like replacement only half the price! Well done Simmond and Decathlon, keep up the good work!

Nutze das Seil für Hochtouren und zum Eisklettern (Nordwände). Man merkt keinen Unterschied wenn man es mit der Konkurrenz vergleicht, bei der ein solches Seil schnell Mal an die 200€ kostet. Würde das Seil von Simond für den Preis immer wieder Kaufen!!
No es la más ligera del mercado y es algo rígida por lo que tiende a rizarse un poco, pero sin ser molesto. El precio es excepcional.

Cuerda muy polivalente, para uso en escalada deportiva,clásica y alpinismo
El peso real de la cuerda es de 60g/m. Aún teniendo en cuenta lo que indica la Información Técnica acerca del proceso de medida del peso, la diferencia apreciable con el que se indica en las especificaciones. Si el peso es un factor importante en tu decisión, es algo a tener en cuenta. Con cuerdas de otras marcas no he tenido nunca tanta diferencia.

Muy buena , ligera y resistente
De momento estoy muy contento. Como cuerda simple la diferencia de peso con otros diámetros en 60 metros es notable. No se riza, tiene muy buen tacto y es muy "dócil". La he probado asegurando con el "Grigri" nuevo, el "Birdie" de Beal y con un ATC de Black Diamond. Con los tres sistemas bloquea bien. La he utilizado también en doble para rapelar, con un 8 Petzl y con el ATC. Me falta utilizarla en doble y gemela pero no creo que sea una cuerda problemática, algo más de peso para el primero de cuerda pero en vía larga en cordadas de tres es un plus de seguridad para los segundos.

La cuerda de 60m que debería pesar 3,240gr pesa en realidad 3,754gr (con balanza calibrada). Todavía no la he usado.
J'ai découvert ce produit il y a 3 ans... Depuis, je n'utilise plus que ces cordes là (J'en ai utilisé 3) ! Ultra polyvalente, avec plus ou moins 50 sorties par an, elles sont mises à rude épreuve : falaise, terrain d'aventure, grande voie, neige, glace... De plus, ses 3,2kg en 60m sont à peine perceptibles dans le sac. Enfin, la fonction dry est très intéressante quand on enchaîne les courses plusieurs jours de suite... et qu'il faut une corde sèche chaque matin en partant...

Washing your rope
It's important to properly care for your rope to reduce wear.As dirt wears ropes down, we recommend:1- using a rope cover;2- If the rope is dirty, wash it with clean, lukewarm water. Should stains persist and you want to wash it with soap, it is important to use a pH-neutral soap (such as Marseilles/household soap) and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.3- Air dry the rope out of the sun and away from all sources of heat.
Storing your rope
Ropes should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and corrosive agents. Never leave ropes inside a car during summer, for example.
Checking your rope
It is important to check your rope regularly. To do so, run the rope through your hands and inspect it metre by metre along its entire length. This will allow you to spot any nicks, cuts, abrasion or weak points. If you notice any anomalies or irregularities, if the core is visible in certain places, if the rope is deformed or has exceeded its fall rating, it must be changed. Take safety seriously!
