At the first time I used the harness, at an indoor 15 meter climbing wall, using trublue belaying, the orange loop started tearing apart. It held me, but it was close enough. I won't use this harness again
seems good,have only used it once so far
I am a beginner to climbing and have used this harness once indoor only for top rope climbing, auto-belay and belaying for my friend. The harness is very easy to put on and adjust and is very comfortable when using. Everything feels sturdy and gave me confidence. Too early to review its longevity but I would definitely recommend for a beginner like me.
Used every week for six months no sign of ear and tear
The harness is suitable for children, comfortable and easy to use.

Best harness at reasonable price. One of the must have equipment for adventures lovers! Light weighted makes you very comfortable while doing the rappelling It's add more sense to the picture as we know safety is not compromised Easy to wear at any place (recommend - wear before the activity begins) ******highly recommend******* With this harness you can freely climb without thinking of falling.
Strap material is quite hard, leg loop and waist pad is good. A good product for activity purpose.
One of the best harness adventure lover could have!. It's really one the best equipment and it's fit perfectly. Safety harness is must for advance treks. As they say safety is very important. Very easy to wear when you need it. It's very Light Weight so that you don't need to remove after you done with the rappelling. Highly recommend!!! If you have this harness on you... You can totally focuss on activity which is the best part of every adventure activity. I have done very advance and difficult treks llike AMK, LINGANA, MAHULI ECT with this harness not having any injuries

There are many short in this harness..can't use for big wall climbing
Thank you for your feedback on the Simond Easy 3 harness. I am sorry that the product did not meet your expectations.
The Easy 3 harness is our beginner harness with 2 gear loops and one waist buckle adjustment with a belay loop attached to the waist belt.
As mentioned in our product description, the easy 3 is a harness ideal for climbing indoors for beginners or for climbing short sport routes outdoors.
This is not the harness I would recommend for climbing big wall, however the Simond Rock harness is a perfect solution for that.

The rock harness is more versatile and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor including longer routes, thanks to it's stiffer padding, 4 gear loops, twin adjustable waist buckles, better weight distribution between waist belt and leg loops.

Tie-in use
We recommend harnesses with a single tie-in for beginners as there is less risk of error when roping in. However, single tie-ins are slightly more complicated when used on climbing routes of varying lengths or when abseiling as there is a lot of equipment (rope, lanyards, belaying equipment) on the tie-in. This is why we recommend it be used mainly in for indoor or big wall top roping.
