I've bought various items for sealing open bags of dog biscuits, groundbait and pellets. All have failed miserably! This 'clip and cut' from caperlan is finally a solution that works perfectly sealing the bags so that there is no chance of losing any. There is also a blade on it that can be used to open the bagsbags. It's worked well the couple of times that I've used it (Once you get the angle correct) but isn't one of the reasons that I bought it. If you have open bags of bait that you want to seal so that they can be packed away with no worry about losing any, the' clip and cut' fits the bill, perfectly.
