Bought a few kettbells from the range this is brilliant for isolation on shoulder muscles, also if your trying to correct or practice you form for Turkish getups trusts etc.. it's useful before hitting a bigger weight.

Very pleased with this kettlebell, it is perfect for my beginners level, good grip and quality
its just a pity that decathlon weights and kettlebells are on Ebay for sometimes 10X their value. I hope decathlon aren't allow people to bulk buy.
Good design can grip kettlebell at the sides for different exercises
Good solid weight with non slip base to protect floor and cushion if you drop them
Having developed tendinitis the sadistic Physio recommended I get a lighter Kettle bell with a wide handle to help with a loose grip so you chase the weight to strengthen the aforementioned tendons. This does the job superbly .
