Great knee support
These knee supports are great for when doing leg work at the gym. They provide great support if you have problems with knees.
These are a simmilar cut to the Rehband 7mm knee sleeves that I own, but I specifically got these in a small size to wear as elbow sleeves. Good for keeping warmth in the joints.
I bought this product ( which is not a cheap one) to use with CrossFit exercising and after some use with squats and lunges ( with weights) the stitching almost is failing from all the sides
