Used these pannier bags in my Ladakh trip and they did an excellent job, tough built and sturdy still as new...
We use it every day
This is a saver for my daily work commute. I am a university professor and travel 13 km evry day amidst scorching sun on my Riverside 500 bike. This pannier bag is amazing. I dont know why panniers are not popular in india: i have never seen riders with such bags. They like to bike on messenger bags or backpacks, obviously not ergonomic and not comfy while sweating. I put my lunch, laptop (Huawei Matebook pro X), books, notebook, insulated waterbottle (Contigo) and a pair of cloths to change. Only con is that this is not water resistant. All I had to do when it rains is to spray Heitmann Imprägnol https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B008CQX6F0 overall a great purchase, but i also ordered their 900 pannier messenger.
I’ve had these panniers for around 18-24 months and realised I should let other people know how much I love them. I commute everyday and stuff them full of clothes, lunch, drinks bottles and shopping. To think how cheap they were and how much I rely on them, they’re outstanding value for money.
Because this bag only has a semi-rigid structure and one lower velcro fastening it tends to bounce around quite a lot as you ride. When you go over bumps this then gets worse, and despite fastening as tight as I could it caught in my spokes 3 times as I rode to work. Fortunately I managed to keep control of the bike in traffic, but my rear wheel is no longer straight as all the spokes on one side have been damaged by this bag.

Given the price of this bag it is excellent value. I use it on trips of 30 - 50 miles on a mixture of roads and gravel trails. It is attached to a Decathlon rack and provided it is clipped into place securely and the Velcro strap secured, the bag stays in place without any problem ,there is no attachment at the bottom however.Very easy to put on and take with you, ideal if nipping in for coffee and cake during a ride:) It is not perfect......it does have some minor niggles. It is not completely waterproof, but a quick coating of a waterproof spray sorts that out. Inside, it is just one big space, which can make finding things a bit difficult when it is stuffed full..and it does hold a lot! Overall though, this bag is perfect for occasional-regular use and given the price, compared to other bags it is an absolute bargain.
This bag has caught three times in the spokes of my rear wheel. I am going to return mine for a refund. It was correctly attached to a Tortec pannier rack that is sold by Decathlon. The rack was correctly installed on a Decathlon Triban SE 500 road bike. Be wary of this bag!
I'm sorry to read that this rear pannier bag caught in your spokes. With the shape and design of rack you purchased this should not happen at all. It is of concern to me that the bag has not performed correctly. There is a 7kg load limit but I can assume that you did not exceed this. I will forward your experience on to the design team at b'Twin so that they may investigate further.

Don't buy this. It is not fit for purpose. It has fallen off repeatedly while I am cycling in busy traffic and that is even with a bungee wrapped around to try and secure it. The two clips and tiny bit of velcro do not hold it in position. This product is very dangerous.
After inspecting the bag in more detail I have found that it fits securely onto standard bike racks which come with 10mm diameter section tubing. It may be that your rack has narrower tubing. Could you send me a photograph of your rack? There is also a hook and loop strap next to the clips as well as a second strap allowing added fastening opportunities at the base of the bag. With all these elements in place, the bag should remain securely fastened.

Parece buena relación precio calidad. Por este precio tampoco podemos exigir mucho más. Mi queja es que te ponen fotos, te dicen hasta como lavarla y un dato muy principal para hacerte una idea de lo que compras, como son las medidas (largo, ancho y alto), nada de nada; parece que puede medir 35x25x20 pero eso son imaginaciones mías. Creo es un dato que falta en la información del producto e imprescindible para tener una idea más exacta de lo que vas a comprar.
Las alforjas son correctas para día a día, e incluso alguna excursión. Pero no para grandes rutas. El problema es que hay una derecha y otra izquierda, no son reversibles. Pedí 2 online y me mandaron 2 izquierdas. No recomiendo comprar online.
A pesar de la contingencia, el pedido llegó a tiempo y en perfecto estado.
El fondo no tiene la rigidez suficiente para poder llevar botellas o embates de comida y se vuelcan
