Great carve surf skate

Bought this as an alternative to Carver and Smoothstar boards. Is it as good? No idea, I haven't used one. Is it good? Sure is. Definitely feels like surfing turns and is proving really helpful in surf drills. Great practice for pumping and carving. Very glad I bought it.

Definitely 5/5 for value, but one star removed because it will not match a high end surfskate in quality and the design will somewhat limit more advanced riding. Check out the video for more on my thoughts about the board, but I am writing to say that I hope Decathlon on working on a more intermediate version after the popularity of this one for those riders who learned using this board and are ready to step up into surfskating in skateparks. The value for the price here is akin to Decathalon products. I've ridden carvers, waterbornes, and other surfskates and this board holds up to any of them for the main manufacturers that are far more expensive. I have not hit any drawbacks yet. If you are looking for a board that will get you into surfskating without compromising on performance get this. I have only tried it instore and on flatland so far, though there are youtube video reviews that go into depth of the great all around performance.

Not had this board very long but by far the most fun board I own. Very responsive and carves beautifully. Seems very well made to me although I'm not an expert and relatively inexperienced. Time will tell durability wise but so far very happy with it. Highly recommend as first surfskate. Can't wait to get out on it!

Bought as a first surf skate. Works exceptionally well. Pushed it very hard for 2 months. It is very efficient and effective. Possibly 90% to 95% of the utility of a top end Carver. This week changed the trucks for Carver C7s. Now I know - that I wore out the bearings in 2 months! But it was a great 2 months of learning. And with C7s I do not really travel any faster. Just smoother and glossy.

Love the board, got me in bowls for the first time… but now I can’t find spare parts. How do I get them? Would recommend if I could find spare parts.

This is a great introduction to surfskate but maybe just too low quality for the trucks. After a few days of use the front bush keeps coming out of its housing. If this didn't happen I'd easily give it four stars as it does definitely work well as a surfskate. I'd definitely recommend it for flat but probably not for skating bowls.

Great for pumping and carving both on flat ground as well as on tracks. Really fun to ride, great workout, even better price. Only suggestion for improvement would be a more resistant clear sand grip on the board and a back pad with better grip. The sand has come off where my front foot sits, and my back foot hasn’t yet slipped off the back pad but I’m hesitant to put too much pressure on it as it does not grip to a high degree when slightly dusty. Nonetheless, great board!

I am a beginner/intermediate surfer so was looking for good on land training. This board is prefect for those just starting out with surfing and surf skating. A lot more affordable that the alternatives but definitely gets the job done!

Really good competitively priced surf skate

I bought this surf skate few weeks ago, and I love it. I really enjoy carving with it and to be fair it looks beautiful. The only thing is that the rear pad doesn't grip that much and my foot sometimes slip when snapping or trying some more aggressive turns pushing with the back foot. Is there any way that I could replace this this pad with something more grippy? I think having the same finish as the rest of the board would be actually better. Apart from that, this is a great product for the price.
