Very easy to use and safe as well
It is not watertight and very uncomfortable. And I believe my money is wasted for nothing.

This product is made for simple snorkel ideal for beginners who prefer swimming on the surface, hence to be able to breath the snorkel should be above the water & orally used to keep it water tight.

I apologize for the bad experience that you have faced with the Snorkel. Ideally, all our products have 2 years warranty, which means that we stand by the quality of our products. We have a quality check on our Products before sending them to the stores.
I would want to understand your purpose of usage as this is a Beach snorkel and would not recommend this for the pool. If you are looking for a Swimming snorkel, I would request you to visit to the nearest store and get this product exchanged. Our sales advisors will be happy to help you out with the same.
