It is so painful when you put your knee on the snow. I just drop weight on the snow and without those protections it would be just fine, instead it was so painful like if you drop on concrete. If was possible I would just give 0 stars
Hello Claudio thank you so much for your feedback. I understand your frustration about the hardness of the product. The protection pad is here to reduce the resulting impact force of a shock and prevent any injuries. Normally when worn against your body the foam softens and brings more comfort. If you are this unsatisfied with the product you can of course bring it back to your nearest Decathlon shop and get a refund.

Taille très petit. J’ai pris une taille 2 car tour mon tour de cuisse était de 39/40 et impossible a fermer. Retour et échange par une taille 3

Bonjour Marie Émilie, je suis désolé de lire que la taille choisi ne vous convient pas. Comment l’avez vous choisie ? ( avec quelles mesures de votre tour de cuisse notamment ) Vous pouvez bien sûr comme tout produit retourner ce dernier en magasin si vous ne l’avez pas utilisé et le changer avec une taille qui correspond à votre morphologie.

I teraz odpowiedni rozmiar nr 3 pomimo że wskaźnik doboru wskazywał na rozmiar 2 na granicy warto było nabyć rozmiar większy. Odzież termoaktywna pod spodem też robi swoje i nic nie odcina dopływu krwi do nogi.

Regulation (EU) 2016/425 applies to personal protection. In particular, it is characterized by tests on the capacity to absorb shocks and impact tests according to the EN1621-1 level 1 standard for this type of knee pad.
