The size is really just right for large hands. It is not intended for heavy loads or significant crossfit-style mobility.

Good product to see for wear over time
I did not buy it for its usual function but as part of the SDE disease to support my wrists which make me suffer when I drive! These support me very well!
My wife bought it to use in CrossFit, after the first use she showed me her hands, it is clearly seen, that they do not help at all. Members of the group say that they use some purchased for 40, it may be the cause. But we hoped it would be something better than going with nothing
It feels to improve the anti-slip ability of the hand when grasping equipment, and its palm protection design can also reduce the stuffy feeling of wearing general covered gloves. looks like it won't last long
Are good for the beginning in the practice of Crossfit but for daily use, they are very average…. Personally I tore my hands off, whether I had them or not didn't change much…. Not to mention that they slide quite a bit on the bars… They don't slide when the bar has a good grip, but on a very smooth bar, it's complicated… So I switched to the picxil brand which is very good and of better quality. Of course it's not the same price.
Very good for training in summer since your hands do not sweat.
Grips are used in uneven bars for simple elements. Less rigid than special gym grips.

How to choose hand grips tips
Measure the palm of your hand, from the heel to the tip of your middle finger. If it is shorter than 4”, opt for size 1. If it is longer than 4”, opt for size 2.If it measures exactly 4”, we recommend choosing size 1.
Usage tips
Ideally use with chalk for a better grip on the bar.
