easy to assemble and very well made/designed.
Works perfectly. I weight 95kg and I can do every exercise confidently and comfortably. It is very stable and useful. I have no excuses to not do a good work out since I have this station at home

Very happy with this product.
Excellent for various exercises, pullups in different ways, triceps, leg raises etc...
Really pleased with the training station. Both my husband and I use it. It’s too tall for our house (it fits but we would bang our heads on the ceiling!) but it’s great in the garage. We even kept it in the garden for a while. So sturdy, no concerns of tipping or even wobbling.

For £150 you couldn’t go wrong - there’s a bit of building involved but a great piece of kit, very sturdy.
This year, I decided to give myself an early birthday present by buying this monstrous piece of home workout equipment. It was the best decision (and present) ever! The station is very well built and sturdy enough for everything that I have thrown at it so far (I am 13 stone and use a 10 kg weighted vest (plus another 24 kg kettle bell, sometimes)). The station was easy enough to put together (I did it on my own for about 60-90 minutes). Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and can full-heartedly recommend it to any home workout enthusias.

Took around 2 hours for me to put it together alone, but the end result is very sturdy and stable. Able to easily support my weight and good combination of bars for pull ups, dips and an exercises. Highly recommended

Easy adjustments for effective workouts:
Perfect for a home gym. Once you've set up your Training Station 900, the main thing you need to adjust is the backrest for doing leg raises. This will depend on your height.The footrests mean that you can reach everything else without having to adjust anything.As well as making your pull-up and dip station more stable and reliable, the fact that you don't need to adjust things means you can do circuit workouts without stopping between exercises.
Tips from our design team to boost your progress:
”When you first start doing bodyweight exercises, you might want to use training bands to take some of the weight. It's handy while you're learning to do your dips and pull-ups correctly. Once you've got the hang of things, you can start wearing a weighted jacket to increase the difficulty. So it's very progressive. If you add accessories, the machine keeps up with your progress so you can carry on using it.”
