I bought it after using it in a rehabilitation center as an auxiliary element to another tape, since when it opens it allows grip on rigid structures. Allows combined or solo use. It's great
not easy to use for certain exercises the video of the possible exercises which only lasts a few minutes and which I was able to view at the odysséum montpellier store cannot be found on the decathlon site which only offers videos other not great how to find this video of product presentation I don't need anything else
